I realized the reason I hate Fugazi is because they sound like The Police covering Minor Threat songs.

Hate what you will, but please, leave Meatloaf out of it.

One band I could never stand was Box The Jesuit. Way to cool for school. Walked out of every gig I ever saw them.
Also thought Died Pretty were much over rated.
The 2nd Knights of the New Crusade LP left me cold, after playing the 1st release to death.
Every other song by Les Breasfeeders is a piece of shit!
The whole of The Witch Trials LP by Jello Biafra is a lousy piece of crap.
Oh and the entire discography of Crass, in fact band associated with Crass or their label is just pure shite.

Here's a quick list:

"American Pie" by Don MacLean
"Heart of Rock'n'Roll" by Huey Lewis Needs a Noose
"God Bless the USA" by Lee Greenwood
"Livin' on a Prayer" by Bon Jovi
"You Look Wonderful Tonight" Eric Crapton
"Don't Stop Believin'" by Journey
"Ridin' the Storm Out" by REO Speedwagon
"There's Only One Way to Rock" by Sammy Hagar
"Free Bird" by Lynyrd Skynyrd
"Abacab" by Genesis

I could go on for days... but that's a good starting 10 for me. Hearing any one of those songs will piss me the fuck OFF.

I know about 1000 people who love "Don't Stop Believin'". Like 25 year old people with relatively good taste in music overall. I guess it's "ironic". I don't understand it. It's a bad song. It's not good as irony or kitsch and it definately isn't good for being good. However, I think that my number one least favorite song of all time is "Oh Cheri" former Journey frontman Steve Perry. The opening "shoulda been gone" makes me both angry and depressed. That bendy guitar part in the middle is even worse.

I think my second least favorite song of all time is "Human Behavior" by Bjork

Any song by Bjork will instantly suck

Gotta add these to the mix

Hey Now You're a Rockstar - Smashmouth
Anything by Matchbox 20
We Built This City - Starship

That's funny, I almost put "We Built This City" on my list. And yeah, "Oh Cheri" (hell, anything by Steve Perry) belongs on the list, too.

Totally...prolonged exposure to KSHE has made us all allergic to Steve Perry and REO Speedwagon.

way back in 1966 "96 Tears" was played to death on WMEX in Boston. It was ingrained on my 10-year-old brain. In high school in the early to mid 70s, I got made fun of by the teen cognosenti because the music I dug "wasn't complicated enough" I was v…
