Do you draw and play in a band? I'm working on a project....

I’m looking to put out a compilation comic book based on a series I drew a few months back called “To Be In A Band”, and I’d love for you to be in it. The concept is pretty loose: What does it mean for you to play in a band? The highs, the lows, making records, playing shows. It’s all fair game.

I’ll determine the number of pages that this book will be once I see how many people wanna do this. It’s going to be B&W with a color cover, and I’m thinking each artist submit between one and five panels. Whole page, half page, quarter page…it’s all good.
I LOVE laying stuff out so I can work with anything. It’s going to be on 8.5/11 sized paper and I can take either a disc with 300 dpi TIFF files, or if you wanna mail me hard copies of your work that I can scan, I’d be into that as well.

As far as how many copies of the book each artist will receive, that depends on how many artists are on board, and how many copies I’m going to get printed up…which will also depend on how many artists submit work.

Deadline will be June 15th.
