The Cavestomp folks had to give the Sonics a huge amount to come out of retirement, and I know that it wasn't cheap for the Mummies & Untamed Youth, either. But Europe is a better "market" for garage. It's riskier in the States, so it doesn't surprise me at all that this is happening in Europe (especially Spain... they go absolutely nuts over this stuff). Now, that doesn't mean the Mummies won't be playing any Stateside shows, but money is the reality. If you can scrape enough together, I'm sure you can get them to play on your roof if you want (party at Will's house!).; ▶ Reply to This
