Black Lips are an overrated band. I listened to 200 million thousand and it's not that good, it's ok but....Let it bloom and Good bad not evil are the only 2 albums that I think are decent.

I seriously hated the record when I first listened to it; I really thought they had gone to far and were off into the mainstream too far. But the more I listen to what the songs are about, it's pretty incredible they made this album. It's pretty much a masterpiece if you ask me, pretty much.

I downloaded the album from eMusic last night. Enjoying it, but one thing bugs me. The last song, "Meltdown" wasn't available on eMusic. So I thought, what the hell,I'll buy iy elsewhere. But it's not available on Amazon or iTunes either. What the hell? B lack Lips, if you're readiung this, YOU JUST LOST A DOLLAR!

I just got the new record, and yeah, I still care about the Black Lips! I really don't get the backlash honestly..... Several of the songs have stuck in my head just on first listen (Starting Over, Again and Again).

Just picked it up today, not totally sold on the first listen. I think I will like it it, but not as much as the last one.
