damaged goods and dirty water records seem to release a lot of the garage bands that I listen to.

Permalink Reply by kopper on February 10, 2012 at 1:03pm You know what would make all of these labels even cooler? If they advertised here on the Hideout!
Big ups to those that do: Voodoo Rhythm, Dionysus, Bootleg Booze and, uh, I think that's it right now. :(
Permalink Reply by The Pulsebeats on February 10, 2012 at 2:56pm Yeah, Dirty Water put out a shed load of stuff last year and are kicking off this year where they left off. They've just put out the new Johnny Throttle album (Alfonso from The Parkinsons) and have got the new Thee Exicters record coming out soon.
Wild Records
Permalink Reply by John Battles on February 10, 2012 at 10:55pm I agree about Wild Records , tho' I wish they'd do more songs in Spanish , y yo estoy un chingadora blanco.

Permalink Reply by John Battles on February 13, 2012 at 1:39pm Did nobody (Including myself) mention Tombstone ? Besides Dead Moon's back catalogue , and Pierced Arrows' Sophomore outing , Ma and Pa Cole have released bands they personally liked , Indigo Zeros , Undertakers , Flapjacks , and probably some others. Even though they're seen for about 20 seconds in "Hype" while Girl Trouble got 10 seconds - comparable snubberey to the otherwise recommended "Sonic BOOM" book.....Your DIY 101 course begins and ends with the Deadmoon documentary....
