If there isn't already, or plans underway, this would be amazing.  You know, sorta like Goner Fest, but GaragePunk Hideout fest! :)

@John - I wish we were playing Cosmic Trip! Maybe next year! Have a good one John and let me know if you're coming to the continent.

@Nathan - Hmmm. That's a good idea! A virtual festival. But not live. We can get a line-up and edit a cool video. Kind of like the Hideout comps but visual! Consider it the first video podcast!

If it's gonna be whatever in Europe, I'll do whatever is needed to help out, haha. To even be more fictional, if it's in the US I'll be there to work on it too - if someone flies my ass over there (...and the rest of myself too, of course).

I'd love to tear shit up with everyone!!!!

Aaaww! Thanks! Now, I think I just got killed and revived by that!!

Should you come along, we would sink that ship!

No, just your ass contains enough talent and awesomeness. The US couldn't handle the whole of you.

We've got plenty o' bands right here on the Hideout to get at least an entire day/night of bands to play here in the Southern Hemisphere. The Hideout Goes Down Under. :-) A satellite event to be sure. And a good network of radio stations to spread the word...

Just saying... give us the word and we'll get crackin'...

I don't mind. If you need a word, then GO. Do it. You already have the site to use to network and get the word out, so good luck and keep us posted!

Hey Kopper! Kewl AS -- Thank you! And of course, you will be the first to know :-) Mel

This is a great idea!!

The Hideout is way too international to pick one spot, it would have to be a tour. That sounds even more difficult. Maybe an online concert in real time that could go from location to location around the world with different bands playing at home. Charge memebers a few bucks so they can view it live!

I really like the virtual/video live simulcast idea. Since the Hideout is virtual -- it makes total sense.

I can think of several locations where there are studios available for this purpose. There's a place right here tied to local radio that would be perfect. The video part? Doable.

I'm game -- and Kopper is sending out virtual NODs -- :-)
