Well I'm not exactly that new here but I hardly ever get one so basically, I am a newbie as well :D
Anyway, I'm Djae, I'm a 17yr old kid who plays lead guitar and vocals in a punk/grunge band. Our music is like a mixture of grunge and punk as well as some elements of gothic rock. We call it sponge rock; it's basically like grunge, only spongier :)
You can listen to our stuff here; http://www.reverbnation.com/crystalaxis
or on our not so active MySpace page http://www.myspace.com/crystalaxis
I'd love to know what you guys think. Though we only have demos and a bunch of our random acoustics up at the mo but nonetheless, let me know.
Cheers guys!

I've been into the underrgound rock'n'roll scene for 15years now, started with punkrock/hardcore to garage/surf/rockabilly. I've been into some bands since and played a lot of shows
I'm currently playing rhythm guitar and singing in The Cavaliers (surf/wild rock'n'roll),
playing bass in The Four Slicks (garagepunk with Jon Von from the Rip-offs some people here might know him i guess),
also playing lead guitar in Jetsex (punk/hxc ala Dwarves), but we re not very active those past 2 years ( we just have on show with the dwarves) , but we toured USA and Japan in 2006 , maybe some garagepunkers were there, we played some shows with Teenage Harlets.
I'm sometimes playing records in some bars in Paris, i know very well the guys from Born Bad records shop and co...
looking forward to meet people from the hideout in real life ! ( like during my trip in NYC in june ) hahah
