The most wonderful time of the year is upon us once again!  Time to get your wigs and digs in line for the ball.

So, Guys and Ghouls, what dead threads will you be adorned in this Halloween?

Boy , that's , like , three weeks from now....I could'nt tell you.

Dracula, but I'm only doing it with a dress shirt and a cape. But I'm going to town a bit more on my living room. I've had it decorated for a month now but for Halloween itself I'm going to darken the place with black bin liners. Any other cheap ideas to sort out a Halloween home are welcomed.

Mike:  A classic costume is a solid choice.  I'm diggin' it that you've had your place decked for a month now.  Black trash bags work great.  You could swap out your light bulbs for green ones or if you use fluorescents you could use bulbs that are of a lower voltage (this will cause the light to flicker and "brown out" a bit).  You could also get some glow sticks and place them behind some of your favorite knick-knacks to draw attention and create an eire glow.

This year I think I'm going to be an uncanny giant Kewpie doll. Creepin' in the uncanny valley!

ooo I like the bulb idea for the kitchen, unfortunately I have those little bastard spotlights in the rest of my flat and because the electrics are dodgy half of them flash like a disco which isn't so spooky.

I want to see a photo of that giant doll costume, that'd be awesome!

I wonder if there will be a plethora of Pussy Riot costumes this year

this year i'm gonna be a scumbag lucha libre and do random evil things to the people i love. i already picked up a mask from mask maniac. i will call myself Grande GRingo

This thread needs some pictures: I made a sign for my bathroom as it has no lock on it and I hate getting caught with my trousers down.

This one needs a bit of jazzing up but when it's dark with the fairy lights it should look a bit better.

When I came up with this idea I had to do it instantly, the green jelly and other party food stuffs can wait but gerkins are good for little else in my opinion.

I'm also setting up the bathroom to look like a bloody mess. So I have one of those shower gel blood packs but that won't be enough. If you use ketchup you can pour it in the bath to mix with water to get the right effect, I have a plastic severed limb and if you write REDRUM on the bathroom tiles in front of the mirror well....

I'm going Lucha Libre -- minus the DiPinto Galaxie 4 unfortunately.

Going as Ace Frehley.
