No one mentioned El Duce. They got Sickie Wifebeater but then from that same band you have Heathen Scum, Moose Dick & later Insect on Acid. Three of my personal favorites have always been Fester Swollen of the Rotters, Olga of the Toy Dolls & Robert Omlit of The Omlits & Several Pamelas.
