Since Apr 21st is Record Store Day, we're putting on a bash that night, right next door to Grooves Records in a place called Brennan's Beer Bistro in London Ontario.
We've got The Reply from Toronto, fairly new soul/garage/mod combo that'll blow your mind these guys are so tight! Think Spencer Davis Group 1966 and you'll get the picture!
We've got Light Bulb Alley from Montreal, Ricochet Recording artists (same label as The Gruesomes) who play fast paced rock'n'roll meets garagepunk in an alley and no one escapes alive!
We've got Weirdonia, 2 piece garagepunkers from Windsor who finally get to do a full show here in London. Last time the plug got pulled when our live to air with Weirdonia was blasting into a room full of university students trying to write an exam. Apparently there was a high failure rate on that exam!
And finally, the debut of Hamiton Ontario's soon to be garagekings, The noble Savages who just might feature some veterans of long gone garage combos.
The action starts at 9:30PM, the beer's cold and cheap and a measly $5 cover which goes to the bands.
Here's the facebook event for the bash:

And all of these bands can be found right here on the hideout!!
Thanx to Mark Smith (RIP) of The Creatures for being our poster child for this bash
