Coming to DC this weekend (Aug. 10-13) Any good shows?

We're visiting a friend in Alexandria but will probably be hanging out in  DC mostly.  Looking for any garagepunk worthy shows while we're there.  Thanks!

We like Sebadoh, but we wouoldn't be able to get there until about 11:00.  Is it likely to sell out.  I don't know how big the Black Cat is or how popular Sebadoh still are.
