Not working on any cool photo's but im working on tv series next week!
Got some King automatic and honkey finger pics from last year I might put up, but nothing new.
Try the B&H website for Kodak IR film. I was able to buy some rolls before it all came to an end. Supposedly some others are making IR film but I haven't found out who just yet.

Tri-X is OK, but I must one of the few die hard Ilford supporters.

Read some of your blog - nice one! Glad to see another film(that is non-digital) geek here.
cool thanks. i really should do that, given that I want to learn more about litho in the near future.

my educated friends use Ilford products. And I really like Ilford delta 3200. but boy is it pricey! what do you process it in?

feel free to take this geeky discussion outside.
I just searched the B&H website and it seems that the Kodak IR HIE film is long gone. ":(
However Ilford and Rollie are making some IR film, I'll try those out once the kodak stuff I have my freezer is used up.

Oddly enough, I'm not real big on the Ilford 3200. That's one ISO where I prefer to use Kodak. But usually if I need ISO that high I push-process Ilford HP5+ (I even pushed it to 6400 once). It's cheaper that way and I don't mind the extra contrast most of the time.

My standard process is Tmax 1:4 developer, wash for 2 min., then 5-7 min. fix. Then wash for 10-15 min. I've got some Hypoclear I really need to mix up and use however. I used to use D-76 and experimented with HC 110 once upon a time. I'm still not sure if I ruined my Soundtrack Of Our Lives or Hellacopters film with HC110 back then - ruined in terms of contrast only.

Sorry, I was too lazy to message this to you, so the whole forum gets to read us nerd it up and geek it out.

i shoot film as well. and i sport nikons (FA & F). i'm sad to hear i never got my chance at kodak infrared. kodak recently did away with their 1600 speed slide film - one of the few color films i used with as much love as i use tri-x 400. sorry i'm geeking out.

i shoot street photography and live music specifically for my zine called "ditchwater". i also have a blog called ditchwater which is much more broad (and rambling) than the zine. check it out if you like. the last entry has some sharon jones shots.

i'll go and check some noted here previously.

please support if you can , you'll get prints
i seriously need to get off my ass and start shooting. will someone please come over to my apt and kick me in the ass?
