Carrying the torch for Michael Weldon

Ever since Michael Weldon retired from the publishing game I've been trying to carry the torch and write a LOT of succinct, to-the-point and, I hope, on-target reviews. Michael's still on line , though it's not the same as having something you can leave on top of the toilet tank for later perusal. I have no doubt , he'll keep writing , if people don't write BOOKS completely out of their lives....

WHERE? The official Psychotronic website hasn't been updated since November 2010 and all I can find on a search is a couple of interviews.

OK   , THAT MAKES MINCEMEAT OF MY STATEMENT. IF I CAN FIND OUT , I'LL GET BACK TO YOU , AND EVERYBODY ELSE , ABOUT THAT...MICHAEL OWNS A STORE , NOW , SO , HE'S PROBABLY GETTING SEPARATED FROM THE INTERNET , TOO , EXCEPT WHERE IT PERTAINS TO HIS BUSINESS ,  I DON'T KNOW.

I USED TO BE A CONTRIBUTOR TO PSYCHOTRONIC VIDEO IN THE LATER DAYS. I TALK TO MICHAEL ONCE IN A WHILE , STILL. I COULD ASK HIM. IT MAY BE A WHILE , THO'.

He had an online radio show until recently and on his facebook page he announced that he was relocating to Augusta, Georgia and will be opening a store there after the summer.

If there are any documentary makers out there, he'd be a great subject for a film.

He updated his Psychotronic Magazine facebook page today...
"After being in NYC and VA - our new Psychotronic store will open soon - at 859 1/2 Broad St, downtown Augusta, GA,  by the Commons. There will also be a new Facebook page (Psychotronic Augusta)."
