If you do a garage/punk-type radio show, podcast, or write for a 'zine (print or Web), then post about it here! This would be a great place for bands and labels looking for reviews, airplay, and exposure to come and find the right people.

In this episode, you will hear from: Hoppi & The Beau Heems, Willie and The Walkers, Leo & The Prophets, Bob Seger and Last Heard, Peggy Lipton, Springfield Rifle, Spanky & Our Gang, Blue Bus, TC Atlantic, The Seeds, and a live recording from The Beatles. It's another Friday, and it's time again for another dose of seldom appreciated '60s music. Put aside the stale and overplayed '60s play list, and enjoy some music that is often overlooked. In this episode, you will hear from: The Deep, Nicholas Hammond, Joe Stampley & The Uniques, The Motions, The Zombies, The Velvet Underground, Whistler, Chaucer, Detroit, & Greenhill (not a law firm!), The Leaves, Richard & The Young Lions, The Third Bardo, and The Power Plant. It is hard to imagine the innumerable bands that flourished during the '60s. A lot of talent, a lot of work, but they left us with a lot of GREAT music. In my show, you will get to hear from groups that do not normally get the spotlight. In this episode, you will hear from: Bob Dylan & The Band, The Sir Douglas Quintet, The Beethoven 4, The Fantastic Dee Jays, The Troggs, Waylon Jennings, The New Colony Six, Sunset Love, Duncan & Fyfe, Bobby Darin, and a live cut from The Temptations. Episode # 80 of Jim's Child Of The '60s Now Posted!!!

The music scene of the 1960's, was filled with a wide variety of songs and interesting groups. But, if one looks at the typical oldies station playlist, you would think that music beyond the top 30 did not exist! On my show, there is a strong representation of those forgotten groups and songs. In this episode, you will hear from: Elvis Presley, Chaos & Co., The Guess Who, The Catsanovas, The Byrds, The Novas, The Silkie, The Golden Earrings, Sonny Flaherty & The Mark V, The Smoke, and Sam The Sham and the Pharohs.
