Part punk, part hardcore and part pajama party - Doll Parts is an all girl pop punk band based in St. Pete.
Signed to the independent punk label Stiff Pole Records
While many compare the Doll Parts’ simple yet catchy sound to a female version of the Ramones, their original tunes are edgy and all their own. Stacey’s strong and raw lead vocals mix with sweeter, softer backing vocals from Emily (bass) and Melissa (guitar), creating a bittersweet sound that’s both tough and pretty. They tackle the pervasive topic of love and betrayal with a touch of humor, as with the tracks “Mascara Smears,” “D-U-M-B” and “You F*cked Up.”

But they also show a cheeky and retaliatory side with the teasing “Appleseed” and angry “Code Red” in between more giddy pop songs such as “Mr. Right” and “Met A Boy.”
