Nope, Stronger Than Dirt was originally for the Ajax Detergent commercials in the 1960s, i believe.
I have a compilation album "Songs we taught the Mummies" and there's about six different versions of the song on it.
The version by Devo is alright but i think i prefer the one by Tom King and the Starfires. Its instrumental though :)
yeah, Uncontrollable Urge by Devo was the first version i heard of that song. I heard about the Mummies a few years later and loved their take on it.
