Into hot rods and the host of the infamous and now defunct radio show--The Checkered Strip which was on the regular air waves from 1992 to 2001. the show got started on KAMP student radio at UofA and then went to the first alternative radio staion 92.1 KFMA and also was on community radio 91.3 KXCI and finally ended at 104.1The Point. I was heavily into booking in Tucson AZ for a long time and now do very little and have developed a lot friends in the music business in LA and around the world that I still keep in touch with. I still D.J. live time to time at live shows when asked. My other passion is building hot rod and customs with a heavy influence of 1940-1950's era. I have original tapes of my shows from when I was on and now I am trying to figure out how to get them onto the web so stay tuned. Here is my work in progress web site as well.
