Favorite Music/Influences (list some bands, musicians, genres, etc.):
A fan of all REAL Rock and Roll (especially 50s and 60s), and early R and B. Love the classics, Chuck Berry, Beatles,Kingsmen,Sonics,Raiders, Troggs and many more. Just discovering (in the last few years) some more modern Rock and Roll through the Underground Garage satellite radio program. Other groups (old and new) I enjoy are The Dictators,The Dollyrots, The Len Price 3, Pink Floyd (especially early),Howlin' Wolf, The Yardbirds,Butch Walker, The Anderson Council, The Raveonettes, Bowling For Soup,The Pogues,The Donnas,Flogging Molly, Herman's Hermits,Blondie,The Grip Weeds,CCR,Jerry Lee Lewis,Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, The Eyeliners,The Mooney Suzuki,The High Dials, The Sugar Twins,Romantics,Sir Reg,The Easybeats, The Electric Prunes, The Knickerbockers,Nashville Teens, Strawberry Alarm Clock,Swingin' Medallions, Swingin Neckbreakers, The Ramones, and more.
Favorite Movies:
I enjoy most action/adventure/science fiction type films.
Other Hobbies/Interests:
Ukelele, Off-Roading
Favorite Show(s) on GaragePunk Pirate Radio:
Just discovered this site, so I have no real answer yet. Looking forward to discovering some new bands/new music. I am not a fan of modern pop music, hip hop, or country and I want to discover just what's out there that is fresh and new and appeals to my sense of what Rock and Roll should be.
