After some sweaty sessions down the rehearsal rooms in downtown Seven Kings, we are playing at the Hope & Anchor. Be cracking is we can see some of you.
Cheers
Liam
Oh boy. I am 47 years years old and have of late been having a reawakening of music after being dormant for so long. Forgot how much good stuff there is out there.
My music roots stem from old country rock and roll my Dad played and the punk explosion of the 70's. Joined a band called thee templars last year as bassist and vocalist, and we played a number of gigs to good reviews. We had trouble with the drummer and are currently looking for one, so that we can play live again. Our sound is constantly developing into an early 70's sound, but we feel there is always room to change.
Pretty much anything with a beat, from early 50' Americano of Elvis through the 60's mod sounds. Main joy is 60's / 70's garage rock coming from the Stooges and MC5, through to Johnny Thunders and The Ramones. Currently like such bands as The Fallen Leaves, The Prellies and The Masonics. Open to prettty much everything. Really enjoy groups at the Dirty Water Club (where we had the honour of playing).
Favorite Movies:
Hard to say, depends on my mood. Got views on most, but would nevr be able to list a definative top five. Love 60's British movies such as The Leather Boys, Victim and Peeping Tom. Oddly enough just getting into modern French Movies so am looking at going retro on those.

Rock & Roll Suicide #66, love the Johnny Thunders / Heartbreakers opening.
