"We got our drums for $75 at a garage sale up the road - then bought good $$ cymbals and kick pedal. Our drummer has never played drums before and none of us know how to tune it properly. The kit is a 70's mass produced cheapy. That said --…"

Good affordable drums?

I'm looking for a decent, but...cheap set of drums. Hey, i'm an art student in college, i'm not exactly climbing the money tree. My last kit was a Pulse and I loved it, it had great sound and was super cheap $300-$350...sadly my kit was stolen...so I need to start building up my setup again. I think the Pulse set I had is discontinued now, sadly, so I need to look for something else. Anyone know how Sound Percussion and DDrum sets are? See More

A sleep, asleep, I'm in need

Posted on January 29, 2013 at 4:00am 0 Comments

I don't know what you know

But you haven't heard

Sleep won't come

Cigarettes burn

You know you deserve

You lie awake smoke restless in your chest

I know

What happened to life's lucid dreams that you thought you knew so well.

Catch

Posted on January 29, 2013 at 4:00am 0 Comments

Caught myself thinking where I shouldn't be. Looking where I shouldn't be. Feeling what I shouldn't be. Then I remembered where I need to be. On a walk to what they consider making it or better demonstrated by faking it. Fucking it. Loving it. Fucking loving it. and loving fucking. What to do, what to do, when the coffee is gone and the cigarettes burn out and the last ashes of you affections saunter away.

You go to sleep.
