favorite colored vinyl & label combo?

Hi all,We're preparing a super-limited (only 100 copy) 4-song VINYL release, and the band would like to hear what colored-vinyl and label combinations you think would be coolest?  I'm surprised that the "marshmallow-white" vinyl isn't a runaway winner, so far, but in the past we've had a 45 and LP on white vinyl so maybe something else would be cool?Looking at past releases, I see we've had white, red, pink, blue and black vinyl over the years! I like the idea of white vinyl/orange label, but a…See More

"To me, $10 to $12 sounds like a reasonable price. Plus postage of course! You could also make your own sleeve at home, a 7 x 14" foldover piece of paper with some art and info on it. And then #/100 on the sleeve to make it more collectible."

Bio:
I'm Timothy Gassen, a filmmaker, music producer, publisher, journalist and longtime screamer with the band THE MARSHMALLOW OVERCOAT, celebrating our 25th year in 2011. I am also frontman for THE PURPLE MERKINS, with lots of 45s and an album (available now as a CD). I produce other garage-psych groups, and have been an A&R guy for record labels.
