I started playing in bands in 7th grade. It was 1976. I played a Kay bass that looked like the EBO. I played in cover bands all through high school. Did some time in college until I moved to England with some friends to play. Eventually back in CA I played indie/pop (the stimmies), pop/punk (decal), powerpop (heebee jeebeez), beat/punk (the hi-fives), garage/rock (bodiddles in Oly, WA), merseybeat (beatcombers).

45's, un-tuneable guitars, barely functioning vespas, my kids. I also like the combination of gin and tonic, straw hats and extreme croquet.

Fist time visitor to Burger Records

Last saturday night I visited Burger record in Fullerton, CA for my first time ever. I went to see my friends band, the Maxines from Olympia, WA and what a treat to browse this wonderful store with all their vinyl and cassette tapes. Finally something useful for my van, cassette tapes!
