Do you only host at that one location? If you pass Mevio's standards (not difficult) podcasting is free and you can auto broadcast from iTunes, also. If you want to spend a little money go with libsyn.com .... and again, iTunes is an auto load, If you have any detailed questions,feel free too ask me here or in email and I will be happy to answer the best I can.
