Bio:
Since performing their first show in Dec. 2008 The Dirty Shames have managed to stir up quite a buzz in and around New York City. Their frequent live appearances have helped build a following that transcends boundaries and brings people from varying scenes together for the love of rock n' roll.

Ably supported by Matt Marando on bass guitar and Howie Wowie on drums founding members Nathan LaChance (guitar) and Lisa Lush (vocals) bring together a sound that is deeply rooted in rock and roll yet uniquely their own.
The Dirty Shames were featured on Genya Raven’s Sirius Radio show, Goldie's Garage, as well as being interviewed and performing live in studio on the B-sides Radio show (91.5 FM) New York. They have shared the stage with rock n' roll legends The Zeros, Pure Hell, Paul Collins Beat, and The Waldos, and other notable acts such as PrimaDonna, Muck and The Mires, The Booze, and The Biters. They are currently gearing up for nationwide touring to promote the release of their second album due late 11'.
