Profile Information

Location:
Detroit MI
Relationship Status:
Single
Bio:
Formed in Detroit MI the half Sao Paulo, BR concrete sidewalks, half Motorcity MI duo Thee Kaipirinas sipped into the music world in 2011. Having already two singles recorded, this stripped down music duo seems to be taking the mission of spreading Rock music in a simple form with a lot of energy and why not to say a lot of faith too, with a brand new single, No Sweat, waiting to be released by Motorcity Special records, a Detroit label.
Thee Kaipirinas is a real good mix in between the early delta blues and pure punk rock music or if ya prefer a mix in between Howllin' Wolf and Black Flag, dirty simple and raw with beats that for sure will make your daughter happy if shes looking for a record to play in one of her parties!!! Sandy Kramer takes care of the beat providing some kind of a hypnotic jungle beat trance that takes you sometimes to the disco land or a boogie saloon, Marco Butcher is the guy that drives the slide guitar, some kind of delta style but on speed, they both shares vocals giving to the band some more room and dynamics ! They already had the great pleasure of been sharing the stage with people like The Reigning Sound, The Jam Messengers, Mike Hurtt and the Haunted Hearts, Amy Gore And Her Valentines among others.
The Kaipirinas now getting ready to get into the studio with Jim Diamond and Greg Cartwright to make they're first album at Ghetto Recorders Studio, Detroit!
Favorite Music/Influences (list some bands, musicians, genres, etc.):
Deltabluesjazzsoulpunkrawtrashandcarpenters!!!

"I absolutely LOVE stoner rock (heavy) - - just not all the time.  Makes me think of The Black Angels and Vega out of Chicago.  Denver has a pretty decent stoner-rock scene with Black Lamb.  As for metal all the way through to grunge -…"
