Too much time went by, since a sixties garage band shook the musicscene of Hamburg. In summer of 2010, five guys took initiative and founded Thee Pounders in the bar and music scene of St.Pauli‘s redlight district. In the town where the era of the Beatles began, Thee Pounders attract more and more attention by playing gigs around the clubs. With authentic, wild and extremely danceable garage-beat they convinced notonly sixties fans.
Backbeat, Fuzz and harmony vocals - their sound merges in your bones, head and soul. Thee Pounders made their first stage appearances by supporting bands like The Fuzztones, The Morlocks and The Higher State.
Thee Pounders are
Lead Guitar/Dennis Rux
