Thanks for correcting my spellllin'... I am a teacher, so I am on vacation. But he can't spell. Good luck finding work if work is what you want.
Now the nerd comment was just plain funny... not lots of folks who I have a shared cultural experience with. As much as I love many of my friends, my taste (or lack thereof) in film, music, food, ect is not understood. So, your comment is quite true.
He is full of himself... all his movies are kinda samey. He is not a great filmmaker, actor, or person. That being said, El Topo is over rated, but an interesting watch none the less. The fact that it created such a negative response in you, is kinda cool. Obviously, you have watched lots of offbeat films. I like that in a person... peace.
I only recently moved to Trenton to live with my girlfriend. I did go to City Gardens a few times but never cared for the 'hardcore' thing that seemed big there. I saw the Ramones in 86 at Temple in Philly still with Dee Dee. Great show and one of the best in my memories. Glad I got to see them at least once in my life! You may have known my girlfriend if you lived near Trenton and went to City Gardens. She was there all the time back then!
