We are a transatlantic fancy sextet of brothers and sisters setting out to paint our minds, hearts and souls using the beautiful creation that is musical expression. Our biggest inspirations are each other, and our band is based on meat, love and understanding.

We formed in Manchester, early 2008 and set out on a busking tour of Holland and France for the Summer. After that we spent time with friends and family in Cheshire writing and rehearsing some 50 songs. At the start of 2009 we moved back to Manchester and lived in Faulty Towers with all the beautiful fools who inhabit her, whilst playing all over the North of England with a couple of mini tours of London for good measure.

We have played with hundreds of bands including Mischief Brew, Defiance Ohio, Captain Hotknives, Whiskey Bastards, The Autonomads, Boom Pam, Electric Smoke, Gravestone Mind, Bobbie Peru, Sinister Footwear, The Mommeraths, Black Market Karma, The Hormonas and Madeline to name but a few. We have been on a busking tour since July 1st playing around Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Germany, The Basque, Italy, Austria and Spain..... We will be out here until Jan 2010. We have released several limited edition home recordings which were available last year and distributed free at our live shows. This Spring we recorded the EP "Can we play in your Garden" and released it on Pumpkin Records. We have 6 albums in the pipeline which will be released through various labels early next year to aswage our musical hunger and hopefully entertain those who are open wide. We will be touring the UK for the first 6 months of next year with a few trips back over to Europa, shortly followed by a tour of US, Mexico and Canada. Busy, busy bees biting hard on the bared bones....

We love you!

got meat in my feet
and im stamping the beat
don't die in retreat
lets dance to defeat
carnivore elite

on the highway heading south
blood of youth around our mouth
in the forest heading west
life flies by, no time to rest
wade in the water heading east
on the strange we will feast
down the mountain heading north
don't look back, forever forth

Hello,

Here is the latest update from your meaty children. we have officially started our 6 month busking tour of europe. The end of june we played in London at Fish Night at The Foundry (nice one Bob) and busked at Tower Bridge and Victoria Station. Thanks to Fitz for helping out and Alice and Joe for putting us up. Then back up to Manchester for our leaving party. We were scheduled to play Tiger Lounge but we boycotted the gig because of big burly bouncers. Move… Continue

Thanks a lot. Your music sounds great. I like the BINGO tune a lot. I also really like how diverse your sound is. No pigeon-holed sound for you children!
Keep in touch and perhaps you can join us for a gig in our ghost town- D. Claw
