Rebellion and Revolution

I teach a high school course called Rebellion and Revolution. I'm frequently asked what its all about and what the syllabus looks like. Essentially, it is a look at the past 100+ years of American history through the lens of music. As the saying goes, "History is what happens, art is how we feel about it." That is the focus. Here is the track listing for the class. Feel free to add any suggestions. you can't blame the youth - bob marley and the wailers Television The Drug Of The…See More

Whats up yall, I am a pirate radio dj on a station in northern California called Humboldt Free Radio Alliance. I do a 2 hour show every week and want to do an entire show of one man garage bands. Any one have any suggestions? I have a few already: bbq, King Lollipop and Dead Elvis. Any suggestions of who to check out would be great. See More
