I wonder if this will ever get to court? The BBC has been doing this sort of podcast for years from their websites, does this company really think they can mess with the BBC? and I wonder if the person who did the first ever serialised podcast wil...

This might sound weird but the podcasts from here sound "warm" as opposed to full blown 256kps or 320kps Mp3's that sound crystal clear but somehow flat and lifeless.
I guess they get close to that dirty tape sound...
