I spin records since more than 10 years now and collect vinyl (only) since the age of 12. I am most obvious into the different sounds of the 60's such as Garage, R&B, Northern Soul, Beat, R'N'R, Freakbeat, Psych, French & German Nuggets & Punk Rock from the 70's to now. After some excursions into being a real bandmember for several band projects I realized that this was not meant to be my mission - but spinnin’ the wax would be, I figured out. Soon I became the resident DJ at the UNDERGROUND (Cologne/GER) and the BLOW UP (Bonn/GER) presenting a 60s and Punk Rock set. After a while the TSUNAMI CLUB as well as the ZWOEINZ (Cologne/GER) and the McCORMACKs BALLROOM (Leipzig/GER) were on the bill too and my set turned to be only nuggets from the 50s and 60s, just right to get the kids go crazy. Over the last years I spinned my 45s in so many different places throughout Germany and Europe being guest DJ you can’t number them anymore. My concentrated passion is playing fine dancing tunes of the late 50s to the end of the 60s for all those amazing dancin’ and yellin’ madheads that make the evening to a party. Everyone who had the chance to join one of my events, already know that I'm right part of those madheads behind the turntables. Personal thumb ups for me were sets in Madrid and London, I like to mention proudly.

Back in 2001 I started to run the small label SOUNDFLAT RECORDS, which is big in good music together with Lutz from the SOUNDFLAT MAILORDER (GER). We signed bands like The Staggers, The Montesas, The Cool Jerks, The Dirtbombs, The Imperial Surfers, King Salami & The Cumberland 3, Muck & The Mires, Titty Twisters Orchestra, Rapiers, Billy Childish & The Musician Of British Empires and many many more.

Also you can meet me behind the turntable at the Party-Series SHAKING COCKTAILS FEVER!!! in the TSUNAMI CLUB in Cologne, in the MCCORMACKS BALLROOM in Leipzig and other places, for example at ZWOEINZ in Cologne. Be sure I will shake your Martini with the original (dancing) sound of the 60s!!!
