- Alabama is not really from Alabama but what is important here is that he plays guitar, bass drum, road sign, hi-hat and voice at the same time.
The sound explores the primitive side of rock, influenced by rural blues, rockabilly and garage rock. Both live and on recordings this man sounds explosive, never losing the groove that keeps the audience dancing until the end.
Luis Tissot decides in 2005 to play as a oneman band. In the same year he recorded his first album, 10 original songs titled "The Amazing Invasion of the Hip Shakers" also produced by the one man band Uncle Butcher. Besides the The Fabulous Go-Go Boy From Alabama, Luis Tissot also plays in the following bands: Human Trash, Solid Soul Disciples, Hugo Race & The Moses Complex, The Great and The Astonishing Munzini Sotos, Backseat Drivers, Jesus & The Groupies, The Boom Boom Chicks, The White Trash Duo, Surf In The Space, as well as collaborating with musician Rob K (USA).
In 2006 participated in the compilation "Killed by One Man Band" released on vinyl through the Squooge Records and double CD compilation of "Attack of the One Man Band", released by American Rock'n'Roll Purgatory. In 2008 released the EP "Pancreas Hammer Crash" which includes six original songs, made only 30 copies with a pill stuck on the cover. In the same year released a live CD split with Uncle Butcher, the CD titled "One Man Band Duel." It comes out in September 2010 vinyl 10''split with Amazing One Man Band of Uruguay, the vinyl comes out of the label Luna Sounds and later that year comes out the EP "Dirty Job" with six songs. In 2011 released the album "Diggin 'The Primitive Shit", where you find something like ‘bout nine songs.
The Fabulous Go-Go Boy From Alabama also organized and participated in four One Man Band’s Festival in Brazil; A tour called "Invasion One Man Band" along with the Italians and Mr. Occhio Number 71 and also the tour "Invasion Sudamerica de Monobandas Volumes I and II " with Trash Colapso and Congo Shock, from Argentina in 2008. He opened Rob Kand Uncle Butcher (USA) tour shows in Brazil and later same year, opened the tour for the Black Mekon (UK).
2009 comes with the "Duelo Internacional de Monobandas", a brazilian tour with the mexican oneman band El Monstro.
In 2010 – gosh, are you still there? Good! – He played a European tour with 35 shows through Scotland, England, Ireland, Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and France.
In the same year he has toured playing bass for the guitarist and vocalist Hugo Race (ex-Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds and The Wreckery) around Sao Paulo, Southern Brazil, Buenos Aires and Montevideo. The band is named after Hugo Race & The Moses Complex with Mark Butcher (drums), Luis Tissot (bass) and Hugo Race (guitar and vocals).
In 2011 Alabama played the South American tour "Rumble in the Jungle" with the gravest oneman band Dead Elvis and the wildest Amazing One Man Band, doin’ 22 shows in 30 days around Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina and Chile.

Hey all, I'm a drummer who is looking to start a rockabilly/rock n roll band with punk influences. Problem is, I've had a real hard time finding people with the same aspirations as I.
