The Beat Rats in yer Bubblegum Slut!

The Beat Rats—A Cellar Full of Rats

New York: birthplace of the Velvet Underground, The Ramones, Sonic Youth, The Strokes, The Yeah Yeah Yeahs and home to all things cool and trendy since the late 60’s. The Beat Rats are the latest sons of the big apple to pick the torch for rock’n’roll and run with it. These boys aren’t, however, running down the more obvious paths the city is known for (I.E. Punk, Hardcore and Noise Rock). They are reaching back to the halcyon days of The Beatles,… Continue

These engagements would of course be over the weekend, and right around the time Patti Smith’s groundbreaking debut album “Horses” was released she booked a weekend engagement at The Roxy Theatre.

When buying tickets for a weekend engagement this was the rule of thumb: Friday, opening night, was always sold out and so… Continue

From the movie Poster:

"...A white washed soul, on the road to grind some more into the tumbler!"

"SUCKERS, YOUR TIME HAS COME!"

"THRU THE DARK MINDS OF THE VIOLENT MILITARY SCUM OF THE EARTH,
A CREATURE IS BORN TO HUNT IT'S TORMENTERS DOWN - TO SHREDS!!!"

"NO LOW LIFE OFFICER WILL BE SPARED"

"THE LAWs OF CRIME ARE OFF, BUT THE CUFFS OF REVENGE ARE ON!"
