When you see the words "Alice" and "Cooper" comfortably sitting next to one another, you tend to get scared off but! If you haven't heard his "Early Stuff", I'd say you should, it's quite nice. Holy Reverb,Batman!
From the album, "Pretties for You", comes a warm and fuzzy psych sound, straight from the oven, give them apples a taste;

I stumbled across some "Home Video Footage" of The Haunted not too-too long ago. I don't know about you but, this group of raunchy Canadians have to be one of my all time favorite garage-punk bands of all time and, there is a good flippin' reason why they are on almost every compilation and, why almost every neo-sixties-garage-punk band has, or would like to cover them. I mean seriously, you can't get much more badass than covering The Music Machine's birth of psych-garage madness track
This is mine, I don't do much uploading that isn't complete and utter bullshit but, I have a collection of good videos within my favorites to browse;http://www.youtube.com/user/ZombiieChow
Some of my favorite Garage/Psych/Blues/&Beat uploaders
(Not in any particular order, mind you.);

In the movie "Pee Wee's Big Adventure" the film ends with a highly glamorized movie about Pee Wee's exploits starring a heavily-coiffed and dashing James Brolin with his tomboy girlfriend Dottie played by TV soap ubervixen Morgan Fairchild. While it was one of the many funny moments in the film, life, as they say, imitates art.
Just like the Pee Wee movie the roles of the anatomically incorrect Germs have been cast with actors a little too anatomically correct. While Darby Crash hasn't been cas… Continue

Once upon a time, many great new bands would forego playing auditoriums and instead do three night engagements at The Whiskey A Go-Go, The Roxy Theatre or The Starwood. These engagements would of course be over the weekend, and right around the time Patti Smith’s groundbreaking debut album “Horses” was released she booked a weekend engagement at The Roxy Theatre.
When buying tickets for a weekend engagement this was the rule of thumb: Friday, opening night, was always sold out and so packed tha… Continue
It's 1990 and many people say punk is dead. Others say punk is still dying. Still others say the story of rock and roll is nearly over. Such people have at least learned one thing from punk: they have adopted the same blind pessimism that caused so many bands to burn out so quickly.
Many believers of this theory often see only the superficial qualities of the subculture made visible through the mass media. The fashion and the well-publicized scandals of Sid Vicious and friends were as far as mo… Continue
