Comment by Rev. Norb on July 4, 2012 at 10:08am Huzzah! But be careful what you wish for!

Comment by Steve on July 4, 2012 at 2:17pm You've outdone yourself Rev. Norb with the addition of not one , but two Vapors tunes. Nay, THREE Vapors penned songs. And thanks again for turning me on to so many other great tunes.
Comment by John Battles on July 4, 2012 at 4:40pm I never bought either of The Vapors' LPs (I assume there was never a third....Never saw it.), just the hit. I liked some of their other songs , just never really followed them. BUT , "TURNING JAPANESE"was a breath of fresh air , ON THE RADIO , in 1980 . I still like The Kings , too, I've seen them a few times. They still sound great.
Comment by Jerrie O'Koon-Hughes on July 4, 2012 at 7:16pm Fantastic show. I'm a first-time listener and it won't be the last. Thanks for introducing me to a lot of stuff I wasn't familiar with. Already ordered a Parasites CD after hearing them in the podcast. Great stuff.

Comment by Rev. Norb on July 5, 2012 at 10:34am Huzzah!

Comment by Rev. Norb on July 5, 2012 at 10:34am Double Huzzah!

Comment by Rev. Norb on July 5, 2012 at 10:34am Triple Huzzah!

Comment by Rev. Norb on July 5, 2012 at 10:36am Yeah, that first Kings album is still kind of a high school party classic. I owned a copy of "Amazon Beach" for about ten minutes...a friend gave it to me, and i was leaving his house and the album fell out of the jacket and hit the ground...it was like zero outside so it just smashed into a million pieces and that was that.

Comment by kopper on July 6, 2012 at 6:50am Hey Norb, that FeedPlayer wasn't working so I just deleted it. Shoot me a message here and maybe we can figure out why it wasn't working.
