I was never sure whether or not to write the Towers of London off. I liked their songs and when I saw them with that documentary on TV it didn't make me like them much more or dislike them. But after the singer's stint on Celebrity Big Brother I couldn't take them seriously any more. But it's nice to know other people like them for doing some good songs.

The Towers Of London's debut album is one of the best UK rock albums of the last ten years. They captured the classic, snotty, two-fingers to the establishment attitude of rock past and had good songs to boot. Such a shame it all fell apart in a mess of ego's and (as mentioned above) misguided tv appearances!
