RIP, Lux!

Kopper returns from sick leave to deliver a 68-minute episode #66 that pays tribute to recently departed enormously influential rockers Lux Interior and Ron Asheton with music from both The Cramps and Stooges, plus requested stuff by The Revelators, Los Hories and the Ooga Boogas, as well as Demon's Claws, Golden Triangle, The Weakends, Flamin Groovies, Ian and the Aztecs and loads more.

Yep, I understand. I have that great cd...that's even where I first heard "It's monster surfing time" ...and many other cool songs...thanks to Lux Interior again...

Oh yeah, you're right! The reason I put "It's Monster Surfing Time" was because that was the name of that final track on the CD track list (check the back of the Munster Records release if you have it and you'll see what I mean). Thanks for pointing that out.

Hello Kopper, it's still a great pleasure to listen to your show !
I've noticed a little error in the playlist : you played the outro of the "Purple knif show" alright...but you did not play "It's monster surfing time". You actually played "Surfin' dock side" and a few seconds of "The Mad drummer part I" intro by The Deadly Ones.
In fact, in his own show, Lux Interior played the 3 songs. He started with "It's monster surfing time", then he started talking on "Surfin' dock side" and left the record play the intro of "The Mad drummer" .
