Shonen Knife, "Osaka Ramones" in Brooklyn NY
Great set last night from Shonen Knife @ Brooklyn's Bell House venue. Encore consisted entirely of Ramones tunes from their "Osaka Ramones" tribute disc. They were joined onstage for the final three numbers (Scattergun, Blitzkreig Bop, I Don't Wanna be a Pinhead) by CJ Ramone.
Fun crowd & two very good opening acts - Heavy Cream and The Hard Nips - made it a memorable show.
