"Happy Halloween! Here's a delicious treat from us ghouls at La Parca. A fresh release from the La Parca Single's Club - Thick Shakes "I Said So".
THICK SHAKES are made from the meat of 1 Lindsay, 1 Tim, & 1 Matt. Best described as garage-punk, they deliver filthy, distorted, low-fi primitive rock that is reminiscent of classic 60s punk while supplying their own box cutter sharp edge. Their debut cassette EP “Ooh Mommy”, three song 7” “Why Buy the Cow” and their most recent cassingle "French Dyppe" are all available on Aurora 7 Records!
You can check out more about Thick Shakes over at their website atthickshakes.net , or follow them on Twitter. You can download/listen to "I Said So" right at the bottom of this post! A huge thank you to Thick Shakes for providing this track! Happy Halloween! Listen now!"
Vinyl records with tracks by White Pages, Radio Control and more will be released in the near future.
