Sorry it took me way toooo long to get back at you! I'm glad everything went cool, good to know the poster went all the way with them. I can't wait to check out the vide-oh's!
i hope the rest of their tour went well! Great guys, wish they had more records to sell when they were here! They sold out before I could get to them! Say "hi" to them when you see them next time.
Thanks for the add Marty! The Fadeaways and Jackie and the Cedrics was one of the best shows i've seen in a long time... too bad only about ten people were there!
hi marty! i'm writing & recording at the moment! i just discovered a band called yura yura teikoku, "par hasard", and i think they're brilliant! garage/pop/glam!? keep cool, and i'd welcome any bands (new or established) that you recommend i check out!
Hi People, we have a new podcast/club night called Polyvinyl Craftsmen. Check our blog where you can here our first show, second one coming next week, and come like us on Facebook
As a podcast and club nite playing tons of garage, rock 'n' roll, punk etc we are always looking for new bands and labels to promote. Do you send out promo copies of vinyl or CDs to DJs who are willing to promote and plug it for you?
Thanks Marty, yes I think they did just re-issue comps. Can't recall the names, but there were a couple. I'll dig up what I have on it and let you know about that.
That's some TV I wanna see! I guess it pays on many fronts to live it up in Japan :)
Hey, would you know any bands who would be interested in submitting a song for our Hideout comp series? If so, lemme know (and send 'em our way)! Cheers.

"The more I take it in , admitedly second hand , I wish they'd lose the Hendrix covers and try a little harder not to sound like ZZ Top , though it's exciting this is happening at all.
As far as other Texas Garage bands that tried again ,…"

"This sounds like a huge task, but is there any way that you can create and post a podcast recording of this playlist? Or maybe do it in sections, and narrate it?

Hey Marty, have you ever heard of a label called PLANET X? Since you're the man in Japan, that is :)
I think they released a couple of compilations on japanese 60's garage and stuff. I think the Spiders where on them, but I don't know else.
