Welp, answered my own question... The song is actually "Bo Diddley-itis" from his 1972 record "Where It All Began" and this perfromance is from the 1973 movie "Let the Good Times Roll". Looks like the movie hasn't been officially released on DVD, although The Video Beat lists it here... Hmm.
