We never did it on a record - this was a demo recorded by Wayne Vlcan, guitarist of the Motions of Bumble Bee '65 fame! We were so horrified when the Clash did it (none of us were fans), that we dropped it like a hot crumpet. Big benefit for Henry's Snake Monkey films Tuesday June 26 at Bowery Electric with the A-Bones, Nervus Rex (reunion!) and a Super Rock group that we're not allowed to announce until Thursday. Hint: It's not the Clash..."

Comment by The screamin' Soul Preacher on December 20, 2012 at 2:10am There's something haunting in this version... some kind of a creepy ghostly possessed feeling.
That's desperate Rock'n'Roll to me !
And I love it !!!
